We have these units on trial for use as industrial control computers. Tried all of XP, XP embedded, Vista (with 2GB ram). SSD disks, 8GB for XP variants, 30GB for Vista. Tested Beckhoff Twincat softplc on them. It works, quite sufficient for this use. SSD improves performance. This is experimental, not in production use yet. |
